Shipping & Delivery
We offer complimentary standard shipping on all qualifying domestic orders. Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse on business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email notification containing your tracking information and a link to monitor your delivery progress.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are unable to modify or cancel an order after it has been placed. We ship to the address provided and cannot be responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer.

Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns for a full refund on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in new, unworn condition with all original tags attached and packaging included.
To start a return, please initiate the process through our Returns Center at https://herstrideshop.com. Unauthorized returns sent directly to our warehouse cannot be processed. After we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for the refund to appear on your statement.
All sales on final sale items, including marked clearance products and shoe care accessories, are conclusive and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Orders & Payment

For the best fit, we recommend measuring your foot from heel to toe and comparing it to our detailed size chart above. Please measure your feet in the afternoon while wearing the type of socks you intend to wear with your shoes. The ideal fit allows for about a quarter inch of space in front of your longest toe.

Shoe Care
Proper care extends the life of your footwear. We offer specific care instructions based on material:

- Specialty Leathers (Metallic, Nappa, Patent, Vegetable-Tanned): Gently wipe with a damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, alcohol, and conditioners unless specified. Store in dust bags.
- White Soles: Clean with soapy water or a gentle cleaning wipe.
